2026 Organization Member Advisory Council Officer Elections

The Internet Society Organization Member Advisory Council (OMAC) serves as an advisory body to Internet Society President and the Board of Trustees on matters affecting the general welfare, effectiveness, and future of the global Internet and its users.

As outlined in the Charter, the OMAC has two core purposes:

  • To provide advice and recommendations to Internet Society leadership on strategic and operational issues related to the Internet and ISOC’s work.
  • To strengthen Organizational Member engagement in ISOC’s priorities by facilitating discussion, collaboration, and active participation.

There are three (3) officers of the Organization Member Advisory Council. All three share the responsibilities of convening meetings, fostering communication among members, and supporting the Council in fulfilling its role of advising leadership and deepening member engagement. These officers are collectively referred to as the Co‑Chairs of the Advisory Council.
